Art Exhibitions, The Magnificent Magical Drawing Machine and More…
Visitors can still catch our two gallery exhibitions, and have their portrait drawn by our Magnificent Magical Drawing Machine this weekend. We are E17 Art Trail Venue 77, and our entrance is on Stainforth Road, just off Church Hill.

E17 x 17 by Robert M Ball
Walthamstow resident Robert M Ball has worked from his original sketches to create these 17 vibrant and quirky images of Walthamstow. You’ll recognise Manzies Pie and Mash Shop (detail below), the bustling market and the Village bakers, as well as local characters Robert has observed, including Walthamstow cats.

The Magic Flute by Kirsten Schmidt
Kirsten mixes paint and printing techniques to create her magical depictions of animals including ravens, hares and squirrels. Based in Mitre Studios Walthamstow (shown above), Kirsten develops ways to capture the spirit of nature through her work, which can also be seen in St Barnabas Church, Walthamstow.
