E17 Art House Grand Opening Weekend
Our Grand Opening Weekend is fast-approaching. We will be open from 10.00am this Saturday 24th July, serving tea and cake, printing with children (just drop in any time in the afternoon) and offering framing advice in between – phew! We are also very excited to have live Ukulele music from 8.00pm from our enthusiastic Kiwi friends “Ukulele Yes!”
On Sunday 25th July we will be open from 11.00am to 4.00pm as a one-off, incase you can’t make it down here on Saturday. Come in for a chat over tea and cake and let the children get creative at Kirsten’s printmaking table.
The gallery is looking wonderful, we have some great art prints and paintings that we think you will love, including Kozyndan’s “Bunny Seasons” (“Uprisings” featured on the right), Jane Foster’s super Scandinavian-inspired screen prints, A Two Pipe Problem’s exquisite letterpress prints, and of course the framed London Bus Destination Blinds.
We are located just off Church Hill, on Stainforth Road. If you are in the area for the Fellowship Art Challenge this weekend (the empty arcade site at the top of the market), we are just across the road, at the back of the Churchill Business Centre, so come on in and see what the buzz is about.
